Yellow Splash



Daffodils or narcissus provide one of the first big splashes of spring color. If growing conditions are favorable these colorful plants can outlast us. The wind was blowing this crop around as I tried to capture them a few days ago near the Church of the Presidents.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
