This trash was floating near the boardwalk at Marina Bay . . . but this is just the tip of the pollution problem along the coastline. In an effort to clean up the water the EPA has issued a "No Discharge" order for boats in this region. Eliminating boat sewage is a major step to clean up our harbors.

Slowing down the pollution of our oceans is an educational process. This sewer line goes directly to the Atlantic ocean at Wollaston Beach. The painted message on the asphalt street is an attempt to stop people from pouring harmful liquids into the sewer system and harming the ocean environment.
