The administration building is all that remains of Quincy City Hospital. It will be renovated and incorporated into a multi-family 465-unit apartment complex called Ashler Park. The first units are scheduled to open in 2023 . . . Anyone want to hazard a guess what the rent will be?

…probably not $1200 a month? My rent on Vershire St., on the edge of the Golf Course, last time i lived in Quincy.
