Each one has a name like Mr. T, Purple Cream, Perky Peach, Euro Disney and Fried Eggs and may be sat on!

Heart & Soul

These crocheted hearts by artist and kidney transplant recipient, Penny Brown, are part of the New England Organ Bank's traveling art exhibit entitled, "Making Memories" that made a stop at Quincy's main library recently. Art has helped many organ candidates and recipients heal from their surgeries. Organ donation is an incredible gift of life. You can read more about this organization at www.neob.org.

She took me over to her car and showed me the companion painting of the Squantum Yacht Club. They are going to be hung in one of her two gallery shows this month.
