Heap of Clouds

The eel grass in Quincy's estuaries turns to gold in the autumn.  I like the arched branch of berries in the foreground of this scene and the exploding cumulus clouds filling the autumn sky.

Oaken Carpet

The oak trees are some of the last deciduous trees to drop their leaves in the fall.  Oak leaves are weaving together a beautiful brown carpet for this couple to walk on in Merrymount Park.

Color Saturation

We've received some much needed rain the past couple days.  Not much of a sky to enjoy, but the foliage colors are saturated.

Blazing Maple

Some of the most beautiful fall foliage can be seen in local cemeteries like this colorful maple in Mount Wollaston Cemetery.

Fall Sky

We've enjoyed a gorgeous fall around Quincy.  The leaves are disappearing off the deciduous trees particularly on a windy day like today.  Happy Skywatch Friday!
