Beautiful, and inspiring - for what libraries are for - reading. But I wonder why there's no-one there? Is it taken early or out-of-hours?

Richard, Thanks for vising my blog.

I took these pictures on a Sunday afternoon with a tripod and a slow shutter speed. There were a few people around, the guy sitting down by the fireplace and the librarian sitting at the desk; but the red blur is a person walking in front of the seated librarian so you can't see her.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
