Quincy (Kwin' zee), Massachusetts, City of Presidents and Birthplace of the American Dream
Ok, I am confused. Is it the same house as the previous days? That's the same guy here, right?
this house has a special shape to me
Eliane, Thanks for visiting again. This is a different house and right next to the birthplace of John Adams. Today's house is the birthplace of the son of John Adams, John Quincy Adams, both of whom were U.S. Presidents, numbers two and six, respectively.
Wow, great photo. :) Funny how much things have changed, I bet when he was born that was a HUGE house. Today most people would want another 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Wonder if that's progress...Anyway, I love the photo! The black and white captures the house beautifully--really brings out the textures of the different boards and the surroundings nicely!
Uhoo... thanks! I guess I will have to study the list of your presidents one day...
