Quincy is the home of 2 Buddhist Temples. The one pictured here is the Thousand Buddha Temple (Budhi Siksa Society)located just outside Quincy Center. Services are held on Sundays at 9:30am. This is the second largest Chinese Buddhist Temple in New England.

A fan of buddhist temple - always a place i calm myself down and reflect on my own self
rare to see this kind of building being covered by snow:)
I attended a Buddhist memorial service for a friend recently and was surprised by the slamming stick and the sudden shouts. I had been thinking Buddhist ceremonies consisted of quiet chanting but there were quite vociferous exclamations throughout the memorial.
Nice photo, I really like the red color.
