Snow Fun

The recent snowfall was perfect consistency for making snow creations like this abandoned fort. My guess is that the builders went inside for some fortification. I really like the ingenious use and reuse of the recycle bin to make the blocks. There's
lots more fun to be had here . . .

Awww... My youngest son and his wife and their daughter made a big fort like this in their back yard. What fun!

:) a fort? not an igloo? Hey, were you involved in this construction project? Look forward to the rest of the pictures.

Very cool ... or cold! But, for some reason, it doesn't make me want to play in the snow, lol.

This is totally awesome. I wish I had thought of this when I was a kid. Then again, we didn't have curbside recycling when I was young enough to be building snow forts.

Really cool and good job! I remember, we've done an igloo with our children when we moved here. It last for a while.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
