Slowing down the pollution of our oceans is an educational process. This sewer line goes directly to the Atlantic ocean at Wollaston Beach. The painted message on the asphalt street is an attempt to stop people from pouring harmful liquids into the sewer system and harming the ocean environment.

Love this photo! I don't know why, but every time I see those little stencils/plaques next to a storm drain the little fish makes me smile.
I've never noticed that! I'll have to look next time I go. And, it reminds me of Banksy's stencil graffiti. Wonder what he would change the saying to....
