This handsome old house built in the late 1800s has been undergoing renovations for a few years. It is located on Grandview Avenue in the Wollaston Hill section and is for sale for a mere $799,000. It lives up to its location name as you can see in the second image taken from the widows walk. The church in the background is the Wollaston Baptist. Looking east on a clear day you can see the Boston Harbor Islands and Quincy Bay.
