Why do so many people ignore these signs??? This parker at Marina Bay must have one of the "special "not me" parking permits or be in need of an eyeware upgrade.

Ah, yes. This kind of driver, the ones who are allowed to ignore the rules, annoy me! Here they seem to think that they don't need to indicate or give way at rounabouts!

I don't know about that one, but people ignore them in Boston because there is no apparent reason for the sign, and there is no where else to park!
