The U.S. electronics retail giant, Circuit City, is going out of business as of March 31st so the liquidation sales are on. I didn't see any compelling deals or very many people scooping things up!

It may be ridiculous but I feel very uncomfortable shopping in a store that's going out of business. It's that feeling of being a vulture, a predator. I know it won't change and help the fate of that business but I can't help it. :(
Thanks for the head's up. I was thinkin about going there to check it out... but, I agree with Eliane, I feel uncomfortable shopping under those circumstances, and usually don't buy anything. I don't know how people can spend hundreds of dollars on a TV that they can't return if something goes wrong. But, that's just me.
I currently work at a Circuit City, and I do see customers as Elaine has said in the previous comment. They're vultures taking advantage of the fact that in one months' time I won't have a job.
I know they don't think of it this way, but from my perspective that's the way it is...
