This sad looking house located on Lincoln Avenue, definitely needs lots of TLC. If you click and enlarge the photo you will see the front gutter hanging by a thread and a missing attic window . . . perfect hangout for neighborhood squirrels and raccoons.

Houses on Lincoln street should look good. I would certainly change the garish paint color from teal green to something warmer. These days I am guessing it would take a lot of money to restore the house to its original glory. It makes a nice photo and a telling one on the state of real estate in this country today.
Specially today on Lincoln's Birthday!!
But I like the color, it's in a spring mood!!
I'll bet it was a grand house in its day...charming style and character...needs alot of TLC...
Nice splash of colour.
I love this house. This is the model of home that I would love to build or buy! It just needs some love!
I guess it's on the way of being a green environment house. That is good for I wounder what kind of tax break he will get from the Obama nation government. Great picture's on all but this one jumped out at me for I live with Houses like this all around me in Mount Clemens Mi. USA
