This is one of my favorite dutch colonials on Adams Street. It's very rustic looking with its stone facade on the left, the red accent shutters and trim and the weathered stained wood siding. The new bunting is a nice decorative touch. The massive beech tree overwhelms the house especially when the tree has all its foliage. I have not seen another house like this in Quincy.

A beautiful house, on a street full of beautiful houses.
I can see why this would be one of your favorites. It has extremely fine curb appeal.
This house was designbed by a architect in the '50's. He took abandoned Colonial ere houses and pieced them to make new contemporary houses. Although there may not be other houses by this architect in Quincy, examples of his work are all over the Boston area. I'm sorry that i don't recall the artchitect's name.
That house is pretty all year round I'm sure, but fall would be magnificent!
