Leaning Tree 2

This is the second in a series of images I captured along the saltmarsh with another tree leaning towards the ocean. Enlarge the image to see a man enjoying a stroll with his two dogs. Click here to see more monochrome photos for Monochrome Monday maniacs.

Have a great week everyone!

Those trees look like they lead a hard life.

Keep the Saltmarsh photos coming. They are vital to our ecosystem. The monochromatic shot is a beauty. From the black of the trunk to the white of the sky.

I'd like to take a walk at the saltmarsh. Very interesting trees.

The tree is bowing before you! What a nice leafy curtsy!

Unusual, a sort of pollarded conifer.
It is a survivor for sure.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
