Theme Day: Best Photo of 2009
Today is a special theme day in the City Daily Photo Blogging community and we try and choose our best photo of the previous year. I like this photo of a man waiting for the train at North Quincy train station. I like it for the creative way I saw and captured it.
Today is also special because this is the 900th post for Quincy Daily Photo!

900! Congratulations! That is an outstanding accomplishment as is this photo! I can see why this is a favorite of yours. Very nice!
900! Glad you don't have to buy film anymore or that would be a fortune! This is a great shot.
Oh yes!!! I missed this first time around and am not remotely surprised you chose it. I absolutely love it, love the creativity, the colours, the texture. Gorgeous.
This is really cool ... and congrats on reaching 900 (years old?) Only joking. 900 posts ... that's totally impressive and I've loved the 200 or so days I've been watching already.
on dirait une peinture de Hopper, magnifique
Congrats! and yep this is the best photo..I like it so
I remember this one. You made an excellent choice for Best and also to celebrate number 900! Congratulations and well done!
I remember this shot. It is fantastic. Great image.
I actually stumbled on this photo, and then another that was through distorted glass, the other day. Great shot. Congratulations!
Have you ever seen The Friends of Eddie Coyle?
If not, the father from Everybody Loves Raymond takes orders for a mob hit on the ground level of North Quincy Station. It's surreal to watch.
I liked it first time around; really good shot and well spotted.
Congratulations on both counts! This is a remarkable image.
Kudos on both counts. I love the "painterly" aspect of this. Wonderfully done.
I think this is my fav picture so far!
