Iron & Glass

I like the contrast of the iron lanterns at the Boston Public Library and the John Hancock tower in the background. The tower is named for the first signer of the Declaration of Independence, John Hancock, who was born and died in Quincy. Quincy's main street bears his family name as well.

Nice contrast both in light and lines.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
