Thursday is "This Old House Day"
This house at 30 Williams Street, built in 1890, is listed as a 4-family. It is located one block from Wollaston Beach in the Atlantic section. I like the graceful gambrel roof lines. It must have been a beautiful beachside residence in its day. Removal of the chain-link fence would improve it's curb appeal.
