This morning while walking near Black's Creek with my camera around my neck, a gentlemen came running across the street, asking me if I was Slim of Quincy Daily Photo. He said he now lives in Texas but was originally from Quincy and really enjoys the blog. I was sorry to disappoint him, but was happy to learn about QDP and will be a follower!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your comments.
Welcome to QDP, Naomi! I didn't get to the creek until afternoon today . . . too bad I missed both of you. It's nice to know that people enjoy QDP and that I have a follower from Texas and a new follower from my home town.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
