Thursday is "This Old House" Day
According to the city records, this house was built in 1935. I have been told that it is actually a converted stable that was used for one of the mansions located behind it on Grandview Avenue. You can see remnants of granite steps leading up to the former stable. This would be a real interesting property to research.
