Travel Tuesday: Sandwich, Massachusetts

Mother nature spared the boardwalk at Town Neck Beach in Sandwich during the recent winter storm.  The water floods the estuary; the dunes maintain their barrier to the retreating ocean; tranquility resumes until the next storm.

Nice spot, I like the small splashes of yellow and red under the bridge. We have had dreadful flooding in the UK these last couple of weeks.
