Thursday is "This Old House" Day

This 1887 classic single-family residence, with a fantastic wrap-around-porch,  is located at 87 Grand View Avenue.  It sold last January for $350,000.  Workers have been very busy giving it a complete makeover to ready it for a "flip."  After getting much needed TLC, it is on the market today for $799,000.  Click HERE to see the before ... you'll barely recognize it.
