Deep Freeze

This chilly scene which looks across at the Great Hill section of Houghs Neck, was taken at high tide.  There was not much open water in Quincy Bay today.

so much ice! Hope you & everyone else in Quincy are ok during this fierce "bomb cyclone" & don't have any extreme flooding...it's always so beautiful when it's over but scary & dangerous during the storm for lots of people & animals...

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
