"The Fat Cat" Moves In

How fat is the cat you ask? I read that owner Neil Kiley's grey cat weighs in at 32 pounds. Now that is one well fed cat and "The Fat Cat" is one of Quincy's newest eating establishments in the historic center district. This view of Chestnut Street is what remains of five town houses built by William Lyman Faxon in 1874. Do you like Sully's vintage red sign?

That looks like such a fun place....and that is one fat cat, too! I do like the vintage sign very much.

WEIRD - I was just reading about this place today in the Boston Globe online. They showed a picture of the mac and cheese that looked so delicious I wanted to cry.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
