This trash was floating near the boardwalk at Marina Bay . . . but this is just the tip of the pollution problem along the coastline. In an effort to clean up the water the EPA has issued a "No Discharge" order for boats in this region. Eliminating boat sewage is a major step to clean up our harbors.

I hate it when people don't pick up their trash on the beacah or in the woods, too! That is really irresponsible!
Now imagine that it once looked worse.
