Last night's sunset was pretty magnificent. I grabbed my camera and made this capture near my house. Happy Skywatch Friday everyone! You can see more skywatch pictures by clicking here.

Nice photo, it was a very pretty sunset.

Noticing the nice tree on the right with the round shape. The wind an sometimes be the most beautiful landscaper.

What a magnificent sky indeed. I love how you captured it through the bare trees, too. I feel like I'm there right along side you!

You've got the balance of tree and sky just right. And that backdrop of color...magnificent.

I love the twigginess of the trees getting ready to bud soon. Think Spring!

19 degrees here this morning in Indiana after some teasingly Spring-like days this week.

I am still enjoying this site each morning. I look forward to each day's "capture" and bit of history or local flavor of my hometown. Do you live in Wollaston, Slim? I'm from North Central and Newport. I wonder if my homestead is still there.

Amazing. Such distinction in colors. Something you can't look away from. Great catch!

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
