Puddle Jumping Anyone?

This image was taken in the Adams Shore neighborhood. We don't see dramatic clouds like this every day and I thought they would work well in b+w. To see more b+w images go to the Monochrome Monday site here.

You are correct, the clouds were worth capturing. The light brings the building up also.
Thanks for participating.

Work very well in monochrome. I also love the reflections in the puddles.

Love this photo...may I ask what type of camera you use?

Definitely worth taking a moment to enlarge and study. The light transforms the white house, the stairway, and the gazebo-like structure in the background, making them radiant with energy.

The most beautiful sunset I ever saw was in Qunicy in the early 80's. LOL

Great shot!

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
