It's "theme day" in the city daily photoblog community and this month's theme is "shadows." The simplicity of this image lent itself to monochrome . . . the title says it all.

Very much like the idea of keeping your shoes in the picture!
You always manage to encapsulate theme images so boldy and words so succinctly but spot on.
