This colonial revival style house was built in the late 1920s as were many of the neighboring houses on Summit Avenue. There is a fantastic view of the Boston skyline from the upper floors on the backside of this house. If I recall right, the casements and flooring used in the 1920s and 30s were good quality as was the workmanship.
