This is Jerry, the night butcher at Roche Bros. Supermarket. This image is part of a series I'm doing on working people in Quincy. The man below is the daytime meat person. They'll both be pretty busy using their sharp knives this weekend because it's a holiday weekend and a traditional one for cookouts. What's your favorite grilled food?

Nice idea to concentrate on people in public life. I really like the top shot.
I really like the top shot too and your choice of B&W. Seeing the blood in the bloody meat would have made this an entirely different image, would have changed how we felt about the subject. Fascinating, isn't it? I love almost anything grilled but salmon on a cedar plank...yummmy. Have a great weekend.
I'd have to say I really like pork chops on the grill. :)
