No crowds + no lines + no traffic = my favorite time to go grocery shopping. I like the way my favorite local supermarket, Roche Bros., looks at twilight with the different tones of light. Do you have a favorite time to shop for groceries?

I just shop when ever but your place does look good in what the French call l'heure bleue. That's a great time to take pictures.

I usually shop around 11am at saturday but it´s not the best time to do it.
Really cool looking place! I try to avoid all stores on the weekends now that I'm retired. Mid mornings during the week are pretty cool because everyone else is at work! This is a great shot!
Love the color in the sky. If it's a store like Wal-Mart that's always crowded, I love shopping at the wee hours of the morning when it's practically empty. The only problem is the aisles are always full of boxes as they stock shelves.

Hah, I carry my little canvas bags down to the Brattleboro Food Co-op when the refrigerator light appears brighter than the overhead light...usually twice a week. I only buy as much as I can carry. It's about half a mile in each direction. Works up an appetite for sure, especially carrying those bags uphill on the way home.
It always seems busy when I go! I just like to get in and out as quick as possible!
It does have very modern clean lines almost like an architects model. Superbly done.
Because we are self-employed, hubby and I have our "weekends" on Sunday/Monday. We love having Mondays off - for shopping, lunches out, movies, whatever - it is so much more relaxed! One of the little pleasures we've carved out in life.
I must say you choose your shopping time well, when others are at dinner or replete and hooked to the box. No wonder you have the place to yourselt and a beautiful twilight as well. My favourite time is when I don't have to go shopping althugh I enjoy going to our farmers' market at sunrise on Saturday mornings. Usually I go together with my daughter and two of my grand-daughters which is really fun.
I like Roche Bros.!! I tend to go there in the winter and in the summer, I tend to go to Hannaford as it is on the way home from my summer job. I also started going to Lamberts every time I drive by just to get salad bar! They have the world's best salad bar!
