This 1900 colonial revival house on Grandview Avenue is getting a new coat of paint. There is so much detail in this house. The paint choices really play up some of the details. I like the red accent paint being added to the balustrade.

In early June we were in Boston and York (Maine) and one thing I loved was the houses with 'porches', this one certainly has one. The paint style is, let's admit it, different, but my daughter would love it. It seems to have an 'ice-cream' colouring. Great house to live in I suspect.
Looks as if they've put tight, efficient new windows in that beauty. Great shot!
At first I thought the paint choice was a bit scary but actually it does just the job.
I love this place! What great colors!
So cute! I hope there are children living there. It looks like a place children would enjoy, what with all the fun colors.
