I am sure they are very happy to have a wind guard there. It must be pretty cold out there on those station platforms in the winter!
Railways stations and waiting. The two go together so well. I agree with RNSANE that a wind guard is a great idea.
The red against the grey works really well, and picks out in more than one place, the angled viewpoint also adds interest to the shot. Nice one.
You really chose well. The red is a metaphor for 'waiting' here. And you compose the shot so that it echoes throughout.
