It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like . . .

All the media hype on this storm came to pass. My neighbor's window is one of my barometers of snow storms. When snow sticks to this deep pitched roof, we know we've got a lot of shoveling to do. It looks like we got over a foot of the magical 6-pointed crystals and it's still lightly snowing. Enjoy your Sunday everyone!

This is a stunning shot. I love the way you've caught that soft white curve of snow. Have a nice cup of hot cocoa after you finish your shoveling.

I think I'd want a hot buttered rum! Brrrr, that shoveling is cold work.

It's a very wintery photo. What could be more symbolic than snow, snow, snow and more snow!

Yeah, who needs weather reports? Just look out of the window! Great photo. Enjoy the white stuff and stay warm :)

Nice, no snow here. WE had a cold front come thru but we will be back in the 80's for Christmas.
Love the shot, I'm a little jealous I'm 45 and have never been in snow.

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
