Sometimes it is sad to see progress! Great photo of the old house and what is replacing it!
interesting place
Is this the place that was seized by authorities after being involved in that major drug bust, or is that just another Quincy myth?
I liked the bones of the old house. It's hard to render an opinion on this one until it's finished. How do you feel about it?

Beak- I don't know if this place was involved in nefarious deeds or not but there is another red brick newish style house near Whitwell Street, that was seized by authorities . . .
BC- I too like to see a building with good bones, character and patina be refurbished and enhanced rather than torn down for new construction.
