Pastoral View

Yes, the Adams farmstead is my favorite bucolic setting in Quincy. This pond was made by the rise in the water table from the unusual heavy rains of March.

Simply beautiful signs of spring, puddles, fresh grass and yellow blossoms, thanks for sharing with a MA girl who's travelled far from home.

This looks like a painting, Slim. The tree and its reflection really draw the viewer in.

This scene is so beautiful. It's nice to have someone point out some beautiful things in quincy. Even though I live here and I know it's beautiful, I don't always notice some of these things. Thanks for sharing :)

I agree, especially since some people who don't live in Quincy and have never even been there are fond of saying negative things about it. I bet people would be surprised to learn Quincy is actually safer than oh-so-desirable Cambridge...

Summer Attraction

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.
