Thursday is "This Old House Day"
This colonial revival recently received a face-lift and some new paint colors. I understand that the owners took time to research the colors that were used at the time their house was built in 1900. These colors show off the angles and architectural details of this fine home at 137 Prospect Avenue. Check out the unique wrap-around porches! The cutout umbrella design can also be seen on other turn-of-the-century houses around Quincy.
