New Urbanism
Marina Point was one of the first buildings to be developed in the 1980s at Marina Bay in Squantum. This upscale condo complex was built on the site of an airfield where famous aviation enthusiasts like Amelia Earhart met to pursue their passion of flying.
More recently many professional athletes like Tom Brady have enjoyed living here.
