Thursday is "This Old House Day"
This 1921, arts and crafts home at 87 Greenleaf Street is getting a new coat of paint. The owners are even painting the original storm windows . . . you don't see many of those around Quincy. The roof line caught my eye and the owner told me that it is a Gull Wing style roof. Can't you see those wings?

Yes, I love that roof line. Wish you could have wangled an invitation inside to see if the original materials and design were still in evidence.
