"Under Construction"
This is my Theme Day entry for June. This road has been under construction for a few years, using federal stimulus money. Quincy's last movie theater was demolished to make way for this road aka the cross connector. I would like to be the owner of those orange striped barrels. They must be making a bucket-load renting them out.

We're down to one movie theater in our town. My sympathies to you over losing your last one, and having to endure that endless construction.
It seems like there is road construction everywhere, and it never gets finished.
Interesting picture for this theme day, well done!
