Thursday Is "This Old House Day"

This house has a certain symmetry to it. I like the contrasting trim, especially on the porch. There is a granite retaining wall in front which is not unusual for a West Quincy house near the quarries.

Thanks for the visit to Mancunian Wave. Yes my son's was a US model railroad house that I bought for him in the UK. We seem to have a few US model railroad sets and accessories on sale here. It takes priode of place in his set. A pic at: http://mclaren-models.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=454_432&products_id=4634&zenid=4cb80a89c45bd9fa0696dace5189a6da
