Thursday is "this old house" Day
The Number 30 Sea Avenue was built by Arthur and Catharine Dunham in the "Prairie Bungalow" Style. This residence is an elaborate example of this style. The shaped brackets under the eaves and the segmental openings in the veranda and the all enveloping roof create a fine example of the "Prairie Bungalow" style in Hough's Neck.
