Lovely photo. I love black & white. It looks as thought it was sponsored by someone, which is a great idea to beautify spaces with no cost to the public.
Well if you have the cold wind we are starting to have here, I would understand. Looks like there is a little sunshine though. Lovely picture (love the shadow).
