On Sunday Kites Over New England (KONE) held their end of season kite flying on Wollaston Beach.
Don't you wish you had a kite like some of these?

This tiger swallowtail butterfly was a delight to see pollinating the phlox bed along my driveway.

Oh so very, very cute! I've never done that, can you believe it?
A lobster and a cat flying in the sky in harmony? Unbelievable! I've never played with a kite but I've been to an advance screening of "The Kite Runner" and I must say I am impressed at what those thing can do.
They look huge. I haven't been kite flying for at least 12 years or more.
oh very nice
Yes I do! Great kites. When I saw this photo in the portal I thought it was a flying cat! Well of course it was...and a lobster.
Wow! Those are some amazing looking kites. I bet a lot they garnered a lot of attention when they were flying.
