I wonder if the taxi fares have dropped with the recent drop in gas prices. This red cab is picking up a fare at Quincy Center Train Station.

I highly doubt the fares have dropped!
Here in Cheltenham the prices have increased! They used to have a cheaper fare before 11pm but now its only cheaper before 8pm!
Something tells me the answer is NO.
