Today's handsome brick house has a Tudor influence. I can imagine spending many a summer day in that screened-in porch on the side of the house. Most of the homes in the Adams Street neighborhood were built in the 1940s. I'm guessing this one was too.

I would have dated these Tudor houses earlier... from the 1920's.
